By using technology we reduce costs and pass this saving on to you. We deal with the whole transaction remotely, which means that you do not have to attend any meetings and wherever you live you will receive a very high level of service and an extremely competitive fee.We work closely with your estate agent and mortgage broker and are proactive in pushing along your transaction to completion. We act in accordance with the Solicitors Introduction and Referral Code (1990) as amended by the Solicitors Practice (Payments For Referrals) Amendment Rules (2003).
